Nathan – We hear you. There has been a lot of conversation on this site about ways to improve the 35D and other mini excavators. We’ve passed all of these ideas along to our design teams, but we want to hear more! We’ve set up a new forum on the site for excavator operators to give their feedback. Visit the new forum at http://bit.ly/moUYVb and keep those ideas coming. Thanks so much!

How bout putting some padding on them too after 8-12 hours a day bouncing around my elbows and arms are sore from bouncing off the plastic arm rest. I have a nice office chair that cost 125 bucks and it has awesome comfortible/adjustible arm rests so why can't my 50,000 dollar machine have them. Even with some molding to them to form to your arms/elbow.

I find it uncomfortable to operate your mini excavator because the arm rest are too low. On flat level ground this is ok. But, I operate in the woods somestimes pivoting on a root or rock.
