Design 22" mower Blades(3 in a set) one half inch thicker so the PTOdriven mower deck on the 700series will stop springing and twisting ,and throwing out of balance,(which could,become a safety issue for the operater of the equiptment ) This can only be stopped,presently,by replacing (at $85.00 a pop) the mower blades every 18 hrs.(and I gotta resharpen and change blades every 5 hrs. to make them last that long, I'm hoping something will be done before I wind up with a pick-up load of mower blades I can't use.Please send me a couple of sets of the kind of new blades I've suggested and I'd be more than glad to test them for you. I'd make sure that you spin balance them first,this is a must,because being a heaver built set will require a lower RPM when engaging the PTO mower drive system,and knowing from the days when I used to build tractor pull engines,low RPM and PTO strain,and some times engine damage can be caused,if any unproperly balanced , parts are out of alinement.In other-words Balancing the blades,will elimate any possible vibrations (I personally believe) and the extra espense,per-set should offset,the hourly cost of operation in the long term. The small 3.0 5Cyl. engine is nice in the smaller machines but the low end power and reserve power are just not there. This engine relies way too much on turbo boost to do its work. The 332d should have been mated to the 4045 engine This would have also cut down on fuel consumtion Im shure. If guys at Deere can't get a clue on this get your self in an old Case 95XT and have your way with a dirt pile,I dare you to try it at half throttle or less that 3.9 cummins will wake up and go through it. I'm not trying to run your new baby down, but I do own a new 332D and I'm Not happy with enigne or how much fuel it burns even doing light work. Also that new air ride seat in the D series is terrible, Its hard as rock and both pan and back rest cushions are very undersized,try operating it for 12 hrs. straight. I'm only 5ft.10" 165LBS!

I have 2000 310 SG backhoe...about 1 1/2 yrs ago i replaced my lights entirely outter lens (glass faded, not unusual) the inner lens/reflector was completely rotted out in every light.....UNUSUAL, and all the bulbs. I went to change out a bulb the other day to find that the inner lens/reflector was already rotting out.....the $350 bill is still fresh in my mind....if you want to charge a premium price I expect a premium product.....not tin foil for an inner lens/reflector. Any machine is going to work in the dark sooner or later......the lights must be good to avoid liabilities to people and property. It's a small, simple problem....and i know i am not the only owner that has had it. Thanks for the opportunity to help out.
